Aurova is operated by Adil Abbas. This page explains what information is collected through this site and during client work, what it is used for, and how access to client systems is handled.
What is collected
Through the audit form on this site, you provide your name, email address, the domain or domains you want checked, and optionally your current email provider and any notes you add. Nothing else is collected through the form.
During an audit, publicly available DNS records for the domain you submit are queried. These records are public by definition — no access to your systems is required or used to obtain them.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads; no other third-party service receives data from this site.
How it is used
- To carry out the audit you requested and send you the findings.
- To reply to you about that audit and any work that follows from it.
- To produce and deliver documentation for work you have engaged Aurova to do.
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing. It is not added to a mailing list. If you do not reply, you will not be pursued with follow-up marketing.
Access to your systems
Audits require no access to your accounts at all. For setup and migration work, administrative access is required, and it is handled as follows:
Access is requested only when the work begins, scoped to what the job needs, used only for the agreed work, and documented so you know exactly what was touched. You revoke it when the work is signed off. Credentials are never stored in plain text or shared onward, and you are always free to perform the changes yourself using the records provided instead.
How long it is kept
Enquiry details and audit findings are kept while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. Records relating to completed paid work — invoices, documentation, and the configuration record — are kept for as long as needed to support you and to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Where it is processed
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are forwarded to the email address below. Email correspondence is handled through the mail provider used by Aurova. Aurova operates from Pakistan and works with clients internationally, which means your information may be processed outside your own country.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the address below and it will be actioned. Deleting information related to completed paid work may be limited by record-keeping obligations, and you will be told if that applies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The current version always lives at this address.
